Why is my payment method not being accepted?

If you are experiencing errors message(s) while attempting to submit an order, please check your security code on the back of the card being used. Double check for typos and/or misspelled name(s), your street address, city, state, and zip code. You would enter your information just as it is on your credit card statements. 

Why do I keep experiencing error message(s) when trying to submit my order?

If you are still experiencing trouble while attempting to submit your order,  we strongly recommend changing your method of payment. If your your payment method should be authorizing your order, we recommend reaching out to your bank or credit card company in regard to solving the issue. 


What does Pre-Authorization mean?

Once your order is placed, you may see a pending charge/hold on your card. This bank practice is common and ensures that sufficient funds as well as account authenticity. The pre-authorization hold is removed once your order ships.

When should I expect the pre-authorization to be removed?

Pre-authorizations generally drop off within 7 business days excluding Holidays. We suggest contacting your financial institution for an in depth time-frame. Please be advised that we do not have the capability nor obligation to release your bank’s temporary hold on funds that are authorized.


What payment methods do you accept?

When placing an order on, the use of one credit or debit card may be used per order. Gift cards that reflect American Express, Visa, and MasterCard logos are redeemed like credit cards and cannot be used with secondary credit or debit cards. 


The following payment methods are accepted: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and  Apple Pay.
